The best marketing tool (that most small businesses don't bother to use)
It happened again this week.
I landed a new client for an ongoing marketing project potentially worth more than FIVE FIGURES!
How’d I do it?
I emailed the guy.
That’s it.
Get this: He told me that after he interviewed multiple messaging experts months ago, I was one of only two that actually bothered to stay in touch.
All I did was send him my weekly email.
Because I did that, when he was finally ready to get started, he thought of me.
Please tell me you’re emailing your list regularly! It’s so effective:
It lets you offer expertise, tips, resources, and other help to people (whether they become clients or not).
It builds familiarity—and over time, trust.
It reminds people you’re there.
And it averages an ROI of $36 made for every $1 spent!
If you’re telling yourself Email? I’m not a writer! I HATED 10th grade English!
Stop. You're overthinking it. This isn’t War and Peace.
Just do four things:
Write informally, like you’d talk to a friend.
Share one tip or idea or helpful resource.
Keep your email clear and brief.
Be consistent. Try to do at least twice a month. (Weekly’s better.)
You can absolutely crush this email marketing thing.
And if you get stuck, I’m glad to help.
